Roof Warning Line System

RubberForm’s wind-resistant roof demarcation base system for flat rooftops is sturdy, durable, freestanding and a cost-effective portable roof perimeter warning system for indoors or outdoors use. The recycled rubber heavy base and galvanized upright poles that are secured to the base with a hidden set screw. Heavy duty nylon mesh flags are available in safety orange or safety yellow. The safety yellow plastic chain is rust resistant for long term use. The chains are connected to the upright galvanized posts with stainless steel shackles. Removable, quick deploy-able bases are made of Eco-friendly heavy duty recycled scrap tire rubber and made to last! This portable roof fall protection system is suitable for a wide range of applications. RubberForm’s base system meets OSHA standards for fall protection warning lines.

When warning lines will be used as a means of fall protection on a roofing project, OSHA imposes certain requirements on construction employers, pursuant to 29 C.F.R. § 1926.502(f) and its subparts. Foremen and superintendents need to ensure a proper warning–line system setup.
